Hello!
You do Not need any Anti-virus or Anti-Spy ware programs.
I recommend using Firefox, I also recommend setting up a gmail.com account for e mail.
If the Computer asks for your password it means you are making a Permanent change to your system.
Anytime you make a change that is permanent ( Update or install a Free program ) you will be asked for your password.
If by some chance a program refuses to respond you can click on the icon top centre “force quit” it will display your mouse cursor as a (+) place this on the offending program and left click, then left click on "Force Quit" this will kill the program until you try to open it again.
NOTE: The Manual in the stars folder is a very large Help File.
NOTE: Do Not Lose your password - if you change it.

NOTE: If you decide to install another operating system on your computer, Microsoft Windows, Mac etc, due to the number of people waiting for a computer and the extended time it takes to fix, we will not repair it.
NOTE: Stars will help anyone with Linux but if demand is high priority is given to Stars clients.
