Responding to last night's query: the Brampton amateur radio swapmeet
("hamfest") is Saturday, March 27th, at the Brampton Fair Grounds,
starting at 9 a.m.  Info here: <http://www.ham-ex.ca/>

If anyone wants to carpool and share the cost, I will definitely be
going.  This is one of the larger Ontario hamfests.  The swapmeet
typically ends around noon.

The "big list" of hamfests in Canada (and some U.S. hamfests) is at
<http://rac.eton.ca/events/upcoming.php>.  The next one close to us is
the Central Ontario Hamfest -- no longer in Fergus, now in Waterloo --
on June 6th.
